SHIPPING & RETURNS
At Vashti Maya it is important to me that your purchases reach you in perfect condition and securely. Each order is carefully packed to ensure a safe delivery. Because the environment is important to me, I use plastic free, recycled and environmentally friendly packaging for all orders.
I ship all of my items using the Royal Mail Signed For service. This is a fully trackable service to provide peace of mind that you know when your order will reach you. A signature will be required upon delivery.
Shipping within the United Kingdom is provided free of charge for orders of £25 and over.
£3 shipping for orders under £25.
There are two price bands for international shipping; Europe and Rest of the World. Due to the varying costs of sending different sized parcels I calculate international shipping costs according to weight and size, ensuring that the buyer pays the right price for shipping their order. Shipping costs will be provided at time of purchase.
The time I need to prepare an order varies, depending on whether the item is made to order or in stock. Please see individual items for details.

My aim is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. I will keep you informed of when your item has shipped and provide you with details of how to track your order. Domestic shipping within the United Kingdom is usually 2-5 business days. International shipping may take a little longer.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Vashti Maya, my aim is for you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase, so I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. This may be because you've changed your mind about your purchase, the item doesn't fit right or it is not as you expected.

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation: within 24 hours of purchase (or sooner if possible, I may have shipped your order within this time!)
